Retreat Terms | Cedar Soak Springs

1. About the operator

These terms govern your use of cedarsoaksprings.com ("Cedar Soak Springs", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of cedarsoaksprings.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may use the pools

Only users aged 19 or over may use Cedar Soak Springs. By using it, you confirm that you are 19 or over.

3. Soaking coins

All games are played with virtual coins provided at no charge.
Coins are without monetary value. They are not money, credit or property.
You cannot buy, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange coins for money, goods, services or prizes. The games contain no in-app purchases.
No prizes of real-world value are offered.
Coins, levels and features can be changed or reset by us whenever we need to.

4. No real-money gambling at the springs

Real-money gambling is not offered or promoted at Cedar Soak Springs, and nothing here links to gambling operators.

5. Your locker account

A free account is required for Timber Bathhouse and Maplefall Peaks. Each person may have one account, and accounts may not be shared.
Nobody else should know your password. Tell us immediately if someone has used your account.
Delete your account whenever you like from the account page. It happens at once and cannot be undone.
We can suspend an account that is used to disrupt the site, or that we think belongs to someone under 19.
Coins, levels and missions are tied to the account and are not your property; they can be reset.

6. Using the retreat properly

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, use automated tools on it, offer coins for trade or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. Running the retreat, and liability

We provide the site ‘as is’ and may alter or remove any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and they leave your statutory rights untouched.

8. Ontario law at the springs

These terms are subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario and to the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
